An energetic, articulate person will work on multiple teams with engineers to prepare proposals and qualification documents, and write for, edit, and contribute to company website, brochures, resumes, and other marketing materials. This entry-level position is based in our Home Office in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. Applicant should have a bachelor's degree in business communications, journalism, English, or a similar degree field. Experience/coursework in marketing is a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Responsibilities: • Edit multi-author, multi-company prequalifications and proposals for projects ranging in value from $2 million to $2.1 billion; support engineers in writing individual sections. • Work with Engineers on award applications, industry journal submittals, and professional papers.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business communications, journalism, or English with a solid writing and editing foundation. • Marketing experience/coursework a plus. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
