The social ads marketing expert will develop and execute on paid digital social marketing strategies for our companys clients. This role will formulate appropriate strategies and manage the clients paid social media campaigns as well as communicate performance and recommendations in order to drive ROI and grow and retain the client.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor, evaluate and make updates to ReachSocial campaigns in an effort to increase awareness and leads as well as the overall ROI.

Conduct monthly calls with clients to discuss campaign performance and strategy

Provide performance reviews that will highlight the current statusof the campaign, insights and recommendations to improve the campaign and client satisfaction

Troubleshoot platform and API issues

Continually updating and refresh Facebook ad creative

Account management including monitoring utilization, last day spend, reviews and provisioning times

Training internal team, services, sales and clients
-
Initial ad set up including review of ad requirements and creation of ad mock-ups

Social Advertising Marketing Experts are accountable to their clients and CSMs.
Education/Certification Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Emerging Media, PR, English, Journalism, or related subject
-
2-3years of experience in client services, account management or project management, ideally with a focus on digital marketing
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing several campaigns
-
Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization
-
Strong analytical and technical skills
Specialized Knowledge Required or Preferred
-
B2B marketing experience, focused on small-to-medium (SMB) and/or local businesses
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Build & strengthen client relationships through excellent campaign execution & service
-
Formulate campaign insights based on knowledge of the brand and customer industry
-
Strong technical & analytical skills to establish, assess, modify/adjust and routinely improve campaigns over lifecycle
-
Develop & advise on marketing strategies by understanding client expectations as well as client goals
-
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
-
Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology

A strong customer-first, positive attitude that resonates throughout the organization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
-
Collaborate with sales & client to create compelling text & graphic for Facebook ads

Drive improvement in agency processes and workflow where its needed

Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights

Participating in team meetings and brainstorms

Must have the ability to juggle tasks, wear many hats and adapt to change

Adept at listening to client needs and effectively communicating solutions to their needs
Technology/Equipment Expertise or Proficiency

Experience with SMB marketing & brand awareness, ideally digital marketing using Facebook platform or Google AdWords platform

Experience with Microsoft Suite
