Description Cheyenne Mountain District 12 NOW HIRING MAINTENANCE POSITIONS District Custodian Floater High school graduate or equivalent. Must have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous custodial experience preferred. Hours: Monday-Friday. Pay: Minimum starting pay $32,946 Pay based on experience Grounds and Maintenance Previous experience in building maintenance or grounds work preferred. Must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license in good standing and be able to lift and carry 50lbs. Hours: Monday -Friday 7:00 AM -3:30 PM. Pay: Minimum starting pay $34,788 Annually, Pay based on experience Night Custodian High school graduate or equivalent. Must be a team player and able to work cooperatively with all staff members. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Previous custodial experience preferred.
