Estimator

Lorne G. Seifert, LLC, a leading concrete subcontractor is seeking an estimator for our growing concrete business based in Dillsburg, PA.

Duties include review bid requirements for projects, complete concrete take off, issue proposals, manages scope reviews, secure vendor pricing, develop & sustain working relationships with clients.

Qualified applicants must have:

• Prior cast-in-place concrete, site work, and utilities estimating
• Concrete & field experience preferred
• Excel, Word, Outlook Proficiency
• Strong communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail & experience with tight deadlines
