We're looking for talented senior iOS developers to join a team of highly skilled engineers who fulfill that mission and expand the health-related capabilities of watchOS, iOS and other Apple platforms. Responsibilities: - Implement new health features across Apple platforms - Contribute to product decisions working alongside our Clinical, Design, and Marketing teams - Lead architectural discussions, evangelize our values, and implement decisions with engineers across Health - Diagnose, triage, fix, and prevent issues related to functionality, reliability, and performance - Design and build testable software, working closely with QA

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Demonstrated passion for developing great user experience (ideally on iOS)
• Advanced programming skills in Swift and/or Objective-C
• Produced maintainable and scalable code in significant shipping products
• Experience analyzing large features to understand and improve performance

Description

As a senior member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to take a lead role in crafting the next advancements in Apple's health software ecosystem. We work on the Health app-a platform for Health and Fitness efforts across Apple-as well as related features and experiences that broaden the definition of what our platform can do. You will work with experienced engineers, designers, and medical experts to architect features that delight users as well as form a solid technical foundation for future development. Excellent engineering, collaboration, and leadership skills are all essential.

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
