Survey Crew Members

Harris, Smariga & Associates has openings available for survey crew members with little or no experience, to work as a team member to crew chief. This is an entry level technician position, performing a variety of land surveying assignments while learning the methods and techniques of a survey crew. The employee, while in a learning capacity, does crew support activities. These activities include but are not limited to: setting stakes and hubs, setting up tripods over control points, placing safety signs and cones, setting benchmarks, brushing line, maintaining vehicles, running level rod and proper chaining techniques.
