Salaried Human Resource Coordinator needed for fast-growing food manufacturer in Lincolnton, NC. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English). The HR Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of the day to day operations in this facility. Handles such tasks as recruiting new employees, maintaining records, onboarding of new employees, interviews, completion of HR paperwork and many other administrative tasks. Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast pace environment, good communication skills and able to problem solve independently. Pay is dependent on experience.
