Primary Function
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a part-time Summer Scholars program health supervisor to work an average of eight to ten hours per week on-campus primarily on Mondays and Fridays from June through mid-August (additional hours could be scheduled, as needed, to fulfill the duties of this position). The health supervisor must also be available for emergency remote and in-person consultations during July and August, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., while the Summer Scholars students are attending courses.
Essential Duties

- Reviews and approves the health program for the year
- Oversees or delegates medication administration
- Reviews health forms
- Communicates with parents
- Provides education and communication to teachers, assistants and staff
- Assists the director and coordinator with managing medications for field trips
- Accompanies students on field trips as necessary
Minimum Requirements
The health supervisor must be a medical doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner with a current Maryland license.
