Alumni Coordinator POSITION OVERVIEW: Alumni Coordinator establishes routine communications with alumni, provides support for the team members in the Department of Philanthropy, and maintains/builds relationship between alumni and organization. QUALIFICATIONS: Alumni Coordinator is an administrative position, college degree preferred with experience in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Salesforce a plus. Other: Must be stable in own lifestyle, be diplomatic and confidential with communications. Knowledge and understanding of the 12 Steps of AA is required. Ability to organize and maintain a calendar of tasks and accurate data entry are essential. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Cultivate communications with alumni of Alina Lodge. Assist and/or host events. Data entry and documentation of communications, actions, etc. Coordinate and intermittently host anniversaries on Saturday and Thursday evenings with alumni as appropriate. (Flexible availability for hosting evening anniversaries is needed.) Create analytical reports, weekly action reports and quarterly action reports, etc. Maintain a high-level of confidentiality concerning all information. Contribute newsletter articles quarterly. Attend software education courses as needed and maintain a high level of proficiency and understanding of software capabilities.
