Account Executive Team Lead
We are seeking a strategic and tactically driven Account Executive Team leadto assist in building, mentoring, and coachinglocal inside sales Account Executivesfocused on account retention and growth. The Leader will direct activity to meet and exceed revenue goals and objectives and manage a team of Inside sales repsreporting to the head of inside sales.
Assist in running new employee onboarding program including creating and executing key sales trainings (both sales and technically focused) then reporting back to each manager on progress.
Work with assigned Account Executives to help answer questions, to work through sales streatgies, and to guide key deals.
Put together call strategies with assigned account executives to assigned accounts that result in account growth and retention.
Put together and execute sales trainings that can be used across all Account Executives.
Listen to phone calls and provide coaching and feedback for sales staff to support talent development and ensure they meet sales goals, control expenses and achieve departmental budget.
Participate in sales calls with sales staff to ensure that sales reps are properly executing training knowledge and meeting the customers needs.
Responsible for the ongoing improvement of products, services, ad content and layout.
Establish promotional and sales efforts for growing advertising revenues and increasing market share.
Review and refines with his team on a quarterly basis in order to make adjustments and assess progress of the team.
Has a deep understanding of the market, customers, prospects, market share, spending shifts and key trends.
Bachelors degree in Journalism, Business, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent experience.
Minimum of3years Inside Sales Leadership experience. Sales to local businesses/B2B sales preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required. Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, ever-evolving environment.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
A track-record of innovation and results.
Proven record of successfully leading in a goal-oriented, highly accountable Sales team in a fast pacedenvironment.
