Description Mechanical Engineer (Elkton, FL) F/T. Perform mechanical engg duties to plan & dsgn tools & other mechanically functioning eqpmt. Perform mechanical engg analysis for mechanical engg related new & existing HVAC (ventilation & air condition) designs. Provide related mechanical engg data to HVAC installers & customers & provide tech'l solutions totroubleshoot complex issues. Dsgn mfg process to adhere to safety protocols, & process reqmts, using CAD (computer-aided dsgn) such as DraftSight API, Radan Sheet Metal, SolidWorks API for automating dsgns, Visual Studio for programming & 3D modeling. Reqmts are: Bach's deg (or foreign educational equiv) in Mechanical Engg plus 24 months of exp in job offered, Mechanical Dsgn Engineer, or closely related Mechanical Engg field. 24 months of the reqd past work exp must be (full 24 months) in mechanical engg in HVAC hands-on product build & dsgn, dvlpmt & testing to perform tolerance analysis & create mechanical drawings for sheet metal parts & assemblies using CAD such as DraftSight API, Radan Sheet Metal, SolidWorks API for automating dsgns, Visual Studio for prgmg & 3D modeling.
