Job Description

The Operations Team Leader is to provide day-to-day direction to the production and support team they are aligned to at the site.    The Operations Team Leader will have a team that includes billable and non-billable labor that they are responsible for.  This role is responsible for driving to manufacturing KPI's that they are aligned to and driving to meet internal and external customer commitments.
