As our Insert Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and track all inserts for our publications. You will be working closely with our printer partners and are expected to provide top notch customer service.
You will also provide administrative assistance to the Advertising Di
rector and National Advertising Manager as requested, cover general duties for answering phones, routing calls, and incoming sales contacts to sales team and other related duties as requested. Run weekly and needed reports.

Support role to provide administrative duties to Advertising Director and National Advertising Manager.
Maintain all inserts coordination, scheduling and tracking. Pull any reports needed for inserts schedules and trafficking to our partner printers.
Verify all inserts are received and accounted for.
May need to travel to our printer partner locations for Insert Coordinator responsibilities.
Back up phones. Routing calls.
Tag and mark all
inserts that arrive and coordinate delivery to the correct printer.
File all contracts and agreements for sales team.
Prepare Thank You notes to Advertisers when needed, send these as directed.
Process paperwork associated with print ordering with a high level of accuracy.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
skills with good grammar, spelling and punctuation
Computer knowledge essential
Typing 45 wpm (after errors).
Must be detail oriented in order to catch errors and discrepancies in scheduling and trafficking of inserts.
Ability to handle multiple deadlines and changing priorities on a regular basis
Sitting – frequently, and for long periods
Standing - frequently
Driving – occasional
ly, must have a clean driving record
Lifting – occasionally, up to 40 lbs.
Vision – frequent, long periods of computer screen viewing

- Majority of time will be spent sitting at a desk, using a computer, keyboard and mouse, using other office equipment, talking, listening and writing.
