As a program manager, you have the right balance of program management, and technical knowledge to efficiently deliver sophisticated cross-functional programs in Apples dynamic environment. You will handle risk, expectations, and outcomes throughout the entire program roadmap. Your sense of urgency without compromising the customer experience is outstanding and you can demonstrate experience where you were able to think creatively, be responsive to business needs, deliverables, and company standards. You think as a technical developer, a material subject authority, and a teacher.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of handling and delivering software projects
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Program Management and a deep understanding of how it differs from project management
  • Experience with large-scale web services and the challenges associated with scaling-up a service
  • Positive relationship and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering teams and cross functional organizations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to deliver succinct and accurate executive summaries of complicated situations, driving what matters most to customers
  • Able to be very detailed while keeping an eye on the big picture
  • You thrive working independently and as part of a team
  • You're highly motivated and have a strong drive for results
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally


- Define and execute on projects in alignment with tactical and strategic business goals and set the direction and roadmap of our tools. - Ability to conceptualize and pitch new ideas for redefining support solutions. - Ability to quickly learn and comprehend core systems of responsibility to help define requirements. - Able to lead programs and be a part of a wider program involving multiple groups. - Validated experience using data and analytical abilities to help seek problems and make decisions. - Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop strategic product and feature roadmaps. - This role will identify, evaluate, and drive various activities while clearly communicating the risks, priorities and schedules to cross-functional and management team. - Ability to drive product vision and progress reviews with senior executive partners. - Be the internal evangelist, build consensus with executives and cross-functional partners. - Communicate and present project/program plans and status to teams and executives. - Continuously look for opportunities and improve how programs are run and executed. - Be the voice for our customers; do whatever it takes to deliver the highest quality experience to our customers. - Work closely with the engineering team by openly and continuously communicating product vision, delivery objectives, and priorities.

Education & Experience

B.S. in science, engineering, or equivalent experience required MBA preferred
