Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Manage and coordinate all
marketing campaigns for the domestic and the Latin American market. Monitor market trends and identify
new business opportunities. Work closely with the management team to train, launch and position new
products to potential customers. Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information.
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results. Determine and manage the marketing
budget. Focus on campaigns on all internet platforms (blogging, social media, personal website, etc.) to
generate new leads. Handle public relations efforts. Monitor the pricing strategy to maximize profits and
market share while considering customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications from a U.S. or accredited foreign
college and 5 years of progressive experience as Marketing Manager. At least 2 years of experience in the
insurance industry and at least 2 years of experience in Latin America market. At least one year of
experience in digital and social media management. Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
