The Campaign Operations Quality Assurance Specialist position is responsible for creating, implementing, and refining a comprehensive, direct-marketing quality assurance plan to support the subscriber acquisition and retention initiatives that drive subscription volume and consumer revenue across the USA TODAY NETWORK.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: the day-to-day coordination and execution of policies and protocols to minimize the risk of errors across all marketing channels and to ensure that the highest standards are met for all direct response communications.The work
of the Quality Assurance Specialist contributes to the organizations overall success in achieving subscription volume and revenue goals.

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and 2+ years of successful project management experience in a business setting. Or, 5+ years of relevant experience. This role requires above average project execution experience and abilityto handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Campaign Operations Quality Assurance Specialist requires meticulous attention to detail and independent judgment. Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Must possess a positive, can-do attitude and collaborative ability. Proven partner or client
management skills are a must along with demonstrated successful prioritization and simultaneous management of multiple initiatives.

To be successful in this role, candidate must be able to work independently while contributing to a team. Strong communication skills are a must along with above average Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Excel.

They have specialized knowledge in multi-channel marketing campaign management and experience in subscription-based consumer acquisition and retention strategies.
