The Campaign Operations Quality Assurance Specialist position is responsible for creating, implementing, and refining a comprehensive, direct-marketing quality assurance plan to support the subscriber acquisition and retention initiatives that drive subscription volume and consumer revenue across the USA TODAY NETWORK.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: the day-to-day coordination and execution of policies and protocols to minimize the risk of errors across all marketing channels and to ensure that the highest standards are met for all direct response communications.The work
