Human Resources Director
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Directs recruitment, placement and orientation of new employees. Participates with Senior Management to address issues including but not limited to: review or development of staffing plans, position coverage issues, salary/pay plan development and revisions, recruitment and selection processes and supervision. Provides advice on human resources legal and regulatory issues. Coordinates and administers: health benefit program, pension program, worker’s compensation, FMLA, and unemployment benefits.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree at a minimum with emphasis in HR Management or related field; PHR certification through HRCI and/or CP or SCP certification with SHRM preferred (will allow 1 year after hire date to obtain); 3-5 years of Human Resources experience also required (preferably in healthcare); Computer skills in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Excellent written, verbal skills and critical thinking skills; Detail oriented.
