Description

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER: Assist the CFO/COO in managing HR and IT duties including the efficient daily operation of the office including tracking and procuring IT equipment, liaison with office vendors, suppliers and maintenance agreements. Oversee office resources as well as be responsible for conference room scheduling and client/visitor interactions. Assist Human Resources department with recruiting, scheduling interviews, follow up and onboarding of new employees. Develop a schedule to coach/train employees on office culture and office procedures including annual performance evaluations. Audit and place orders for equipment, supplies and materials; monitor, evaluate, and report on budget, costs and income; support the CFO in confidential employee areas including payroll administration, timekeeping, benefits administration including Major Medical, 401K and other benefits. Responsible for the timely collection of outstanding receivables and document retention; support the CFO in creating and managing annual operating budget; lead the implementation of new technology and best business practices; manage all property contracted services and supplies inventory; analyze office efficiency such as utility rate structures and consumption; assist in the development of company long and short-term goals; act as agency lead procurement and payment portals such as the Coupa Supplier Portal, IRS EFTPS Portal, Oracle Humana iSupplier Portal, and Trello software. REQS: Bachelor's degree in Finance and at least 6 mos of exp in the job duties or 6 mos with knowledge of above listed software.
