  • Handle incoming legal notices for daily and weekly newspapers.
  • Process in front end system for publication. Communicates with customers regarding rating, proofs and other general inquiries.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related task as a backup.
  • Process all legal ads in a timely and accurate manner.
