The Health Sensing team develops ground breaking health sensors that are central to helping our customers live a healthier lifestyle. You will play a key role in designing, integrating, and managing complex sensing systems over their life cycles. You should be familiar with systems engineering principles and how to apply them to sensors based on algorithm and use case requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience and proven track record in systems engineering.
  • Experience in architecture, design, characterization, and validation of sensing systems that includes theory of operation, signal processing, fabrication, packaging and design trade-offs.
  • Fundamental knowledge and experience in physics, mechanical, electrical, or material science engineering

Description

You will be developing and validating health sensing systems. You will be expected to identify, create, and document new sensing metrics. Work cross-functionally to identify critical performance parameters and validate them across all relevant use cases. Author and publish specifications and other documentation needed to support the health sensor development process. - Knowledge of optoelectronic systems is preferred - Experience with high volume mass production is a plus - up to 10% travel required (this % may vary by team)

Education & Experience

Educational Background (BS/MS/PhD) and/or Relevant Work/Industry Experience- Required - PhD degree in engineering plus 2 years of relevant industry experience, or Bachelor/MS degree in engineering plus 5 years of relevant industry experience.
