We are seeking a hardworking, highly motivated and results-oriented individual to drive App Store Commerce and support the growth of the App Store and corresponding developer businesses. As a key member on App Store Commerce team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic projects and initiatives to improve developer experience, drive feature adoption, and guide developers towards the best technical solutions. This role collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams like Engineering, Business Management, Product, Program Management, and Developer Relations. Areas of focus include app management, commerce and subscriptions feature implementation, and customer support.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and quality teams to develop and launch features, including capturing functional requirements and preparing engineering and QA specifications
- Expertise in SQL and relational database systems
- Solid understanding of various system integrations and workflow dependencies
- Skilled meeting facilitator with outstanding project management and Keynote presentation abilities
- Experience working with senior management and executive level teams
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, high volume, multifaceted, and constantly evolving environment
- At least 5 - 7 years of related experience in product management, consulting, or engineering
Our team is responsible for translating pricing-related business ideas and strategies into products and features. Our team plays a lead role in providing customers around the world with access to an incredible collection of content and experiences across apps, music, games, fitness, movies, TV, news, books, iCloud, and more. This role will be passionate about managing pricing, rights, and availability systems. You will be partnering cross-functionally with teams (such as engineering, QA, business, operations, legal, compliance, and finance) to improve and develop technical capabilities, including authoring detailed requirements specification documents for engineering development. Understanding both technical infrastructure and business drivers will be key in crafting scalable systems that accommodate changing environments, support short- and long-term strategies, and maintain effective business operations. You will work on both new and enhancement features that will impact hundreds of millions of customers around the world. We will drive new features, introduce innovative business models, provide customers with exciting new types of content, and make products and services more accessible. We have proven experience in rapidly growing the App Store to more countries around the world, launching the new subscriptions platform for developers, and introducing new subscription services such as Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+, and AppleOne.
