Location: United States- Remote
$70,000-$90,000/year base (DOE) + commission.
KEITH Manufacturing Co. is looking for a highly motivated, customer obsessed Sales Representative for a new and growing product line. Primary duties include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while cultivating and building solid relationships with customers who can benefit from our system. The LeanLine Linear Conveyance System automates assembly lines or streamlines material handling processes.
The best candidate will have proven sales and relationship building experience (material handling experience required, with preference in integration, warehouse and/or assembly line environments) and thrive solving problems in a manufacturing setting. You will be listening to customers’ automation/process improvement needs to see if our conveyance system is a fit to help reduce handling, reduce costs, and/or improve safety. You will also provide direction and guidance to customers during the design and implementation stages of equipment selection.

- Previous experience with a solution sales approach, versus a product sales approach.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.
- Strong verbal & visual presentation skills.
- Familiarity using a CRM system.
- Ability to travel to prospect and customer locations, possibly up to 50%.
