Description

American Credit Acceptance, LLC seeks Senior Software Engineers to, under the supervision of the Manager of Application Development, to design, develop, and maintain new software applications that meet business specifications and ACA standards by providing technical expertise on a variety of coding language. Drive the development, maintenance, and support of business-critical applications based on .Net technologies. Evaluate emerging software application technologies and techniques to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be used to strengthen ACA's technology platform and digital development practices. Review scope, design, and software application codes to deliver quality performance and successful launches. Perform technical analyses on existing and new software application systems to identify areas of improvements and enhancements. Facilitate the plan and development of software application deliverables. Position requires bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related STEM field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with designing and developing .Net applications. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with scrum and agile experience; 1 year of experience with performing scope, design, and code reviews to ensure quality; 1 year of experience with performing technical analysis of new and existing systems and recommending improvements; 1 year of experience with ensuring alignment of technical applications with business specification and needs; 1  year of experience with working in the automotive lending industry, including vendors platforms dedicated to asset recovery and credit worthiness, and individual contract and demographics information; and 1 year of experience with ASP.NET MVC, Altassian, AWS, Bamboo, Bitbucket, C#, CSS, entity frameworks, HTML, JavaScript XML, iQuery, SQL, Scrum, WCF, Web API, Web Services, and XAML.
