Alisheva Law PLLC requires an Immigration paralegal with a U.S. Bachelor Degree or foreign quivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field to prepare immigration legal documents including but not limited to Memoranda in Support of Ability to Pay Prevailing Wage, Affidavits of Financial Support, Public Charge and other forms and supporting financial and other documents, organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems, research case law, meet with clients and other

professionals to discuss case and gather information. Prepare monthly bills and assist with collection of accounts receivable. Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 40 hours a week. Must be a critical thinker with excellent written and verbal skills. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Will accept suitable combination of education, training or experience. Place of employment – Kennewick, WA.
