The Human Services Associate/QMHA
This is a regular part-time position (32 hours/week) for a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) to provide
integrated mental health and substance abuse services in a voluntary crisis program setting. This position is designed to provide staffing 24 hours/day, 7 days/week in a crisis setting. The Human Services Associate will work with multidisciplinary teams to assist individuals in accessing resources, addressing barriers related to their mental health, and developing skills that promote recovery and advocacy. Responsibilities include: providing support to individuals, assisting in utilizing recovery skills, providing assistance connecting clients with local peer organizations, identifying strengths to achieve individual goals, and providing individual and group peer services.
