As part of the Customer Success team, the Onboarding Specialist Intern will be responsible for assisting Onboarding Specialists with the seamless and successful onboarding of each new client. A successful candidate for Onboarding Specialist Intern will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and will be able to communicate updates and changes to different internal teams and clients.
The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
Assign cases to the onboarding team from the case queue
Create client folders that house onboarding info
Email landing page order form instructions to sales and client success colleagues
Verify receipt of landing page order forms in project management tool
oAble to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
oOrganize tasks, deliverables and meet commitments on time
oSets priorities with an appropriate sense of what is most important and plans with an appropriate and realistic sense of time demand involved.
oStrong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and other departments to achieve common goals
oExcellent organizational skills and ability to deliver on tangible objectives within defined SLAs
Business Process and Technology Acumen
oCapable of quickly mastering business and internal processes
oAbility to master technology solutions
Actively pursuing/recipient of a bachelors degree in General Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English.
