This position holds overall responsibility for leading Pilot & Analysis team within Points of Interest (POI) Operations group. POIs (businesses, landmarks etc.) are an integral part of digital maps. This person will lead a team that works with multi-functional partners to understand new feature requests or workflow and tool change requests and run pilots to assess feasibility and operational impact. The ideal person is not happy with the status-quo and constantly drives teams to best of class analysis and results.

Description

- Work with the multi-functional teams (EPMs, Engineering, PCMs) to help test out their concepts and ideas through a pilot that can then be used to assess feasibility and operational effort - Manage the whole piloting activity end to end, involving close working with internal multi-functional teams and external Vendor teams - Provide insights and ideas to further refine initial concepts and improve customer experience - Run Budget and Performance for the vendor teams working on Pilots - Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Training & Development, Reporting and other Operational teams to help execute and scale the pilot - Strong tolerance for ambiguity and "can do" demeanor with an open mind-set to work on multiple set of challenges - Lead by example and create a robust, inclusive team culture

Education & Experience

BS/BA Degree or proven experience POI Data/GIS background, helpful
