Location: Coralville, IA - Mobile (On-Site/Work from Home Hybrid)*

Purpose statement:

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for the administration and development of IDT’s Salesforce.com (CRM) and third party applications. This role will help maintain and drive enhancements to our Salesforce.com platform. This role will work closely with internal and external members of the sales, customer service and marketing departments.

Essential Functions:

  • Acts as subject matter expert in SalesForce.com

  • Implements changes with applications, tests changes to ensure accuracy and works with the sales and operations departments to accept and deploy the new solutions.

  • Provides first-level support to the sales, marketing, and customer service operations teams, including issue identification and issue resolution/escalation.

  • Provides technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing software systems

  • Evaluates and implements third party solutions and app exchange packages based on project need or business request.

  • Actively participates in code reviews of own code and that of peers. Presents and validates solution.

  • Acts as a support resource for new and existing Salesforce.com users.

  • Identifies and evaluates new features and functionality related to the Winter, Spring, and Summer release management schedule provided by Salesforce.com

  • Evaluates the impact of change requests and provides Management with estimates of the time and effort to implement the changes.

  • Demonstrates behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of two years of hand-on experience in Salesforce.com or equivalent development experience required

  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues required.

  • Salesforce.com Developer Certification preferred
