Ventures Endurance, a division of Gannett/USA Today Network, is looking to hire a Web Manager to manage the websites of close to 100 live and virtual endurance events, including road races, obstacle course events, and cycling. This person will be responsible for maintaining a line of communication between all branches of the organization to ensure all details on our websites presented to customers is consistently accurate. This person will be joining a full marketing team in a quickly growing company. We work hard but we have a lot of fun along the way!

Responsibilities Include:

Managing a portfolio of websites ensuring all information is correct

Ensuring all websites in our portfolio are up to date with latest security updates

Keeping all websites performing optimally and ensuring downtime is as limited as possible

Testing for website performance to ensure the customer experience is optimized

Helping to implement strategies to maximize website traffic

Troubleshooting website issues

Being a leader within the marketing team, including joining manager calls, relaying key information to the team, and actively participating in brainstorming sessions


3+ years of relevant work experience in web design/management

Ability to multitask and stay organized, with exceptional time management skills

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

Fluent with Wordpress, HTML, and CSS

Advanced website development knowledge a plus

Knowledge and/or passion of the endurance industry a plus, but not essential
