Provides post-sale ad processing support to the sales organization, utilizing deep understanding of the company's systems and processes.

Job Responsibilities

Team Support

  • Uses Salesforce to manage day to day activities to keep sales teams informed of client updates
  • Accurately schedules customer ads and traffics artwork
  • Handles submitting creative in to ATOL for the GIADC to build
  • Reviews and coordinates proof changes with Account Executive & customer; resolves ad scheduling issues
  • Assist as a backup for other Account Coordinators as needed
  • Be accessible and approachable to answering questions from employees on the team
  • Assist with updating and creating market or team specific training materials
  • Assist manager with training of new Account Coordinators

Order Entry and Systems Support

  • Serve as primary liaison to pagination; communicate with pagination to ensure any special customer requests are met and all display ads are accounted for
  • Software/System Testing: Utilizes proficiency in office technologies to support sales teams; assists with any technology upgrades
  • Bill and order products in all systems
  • Processing prepayment in order-entry systems as needed
  • Handles digital fulfillment responsibilities as needed
  • Contact pagination to reserve space for late ads and color availability
  • Keep track of deadlines; confirm early deadlines during holidays; inform reps of new deadlines
  • Assist in researching why an ad did not run

Job Requirements

  • Effectively manages multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner to meet deadlines
  • Works with fellow Account Coordinators as needed to balance workload; notifies supervisor of potential work overload or future scheduling issues
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated patience, approachability and helpfulness
  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership, team player and team builder
  • Project enthusiasm and displays the ability to motivate others
  • Ability to contribute to a fast paced environment
  • PC and Internet proficiency including MS Office and Outlook
  • Proficient in internal applications: OrderHub, Mactive, ECS, ATOL, Genesys, etc.
