Academic Intervention Specialist Millikin University seeks an Academic Intervention Specialist in the Center for Academic and Professional Performance (CAPP). This position manages the Universitys supplemental instruction and tutoring programs; engages in individual and group career coaching and developmental advising; teaches 100 level courses aimed at student success outcomes; and works closely with the international student population. Evening and weekend responsibilities are required for this position. First Generation and Student Athlete Success Coach Millikin University seeks a First Generation and Student Athlete Success Coach in the Center for Academic and Professional Performance (CAPP). This position will coordinate the EDGE Program, providing structure and guidance to support first-generation students, as well as those needing support in balancing athletic and academic experiences; and will assist students in achieving academic goals. This position serves as an on-call staff member, supporting students in crisis and providing additional support when needed. Evening and weekend responsibilities are required for this position.
