SENIOR ANALYST - QUALITY & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT (INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER) Cherry Hill, NJ. Bancroft Neurohealth is seeking to fill this position in its Cherry Hill, NJ office. Responsibilities include: The Senior Analyst - Quality and Process Improvement will work closely with senior program and clinical leadership and other key stakeholders to identify outcome and process improvement key performance indicators / outcomes data to assess and improve processes to achieve increased efficiency and effectiveness resulting in improved outcomes. Responsible for analysis, planning, monitoring, mentoring and managing the execution of process improvement initiatives that drive improved results. Through an analysis of data, or other process outcomes, identify opportunities to increase process efficiency, eliminate redundancy and rework, and adapt best practices to improve clinical and operational outcomes. Works with senior program & clinical leadership to develop & measure key outcomes for organizational clinical quality. Evaluates quality of all data points. Follows all regulatory & ethical guidelines regarding data management. Partners with process executive sponsors & key process stakeholders to facilitate a data-driven analysis and process improvement initiative. Works with the BTS team to translate outcome, process and/or system gaps into detailed system requirements. Develops problem statements, with supporting facts that demonstrate impact; develop hypotheses on root cause and frame analyses to validate; utilize data to formulate potential solutions and evaluate the impact of solutions. Develops a suite of process workflows, controls & metrics to improve performance. Monitors and tracks initiatives on appropriate intervals; proactively identify risks and interdependencies to implementation. Leads implementation of recommendations, and monitors sustainability of improvements over time. Communicates conclusions for long-term, sustainable solutions that influence senior leadership to adopt transformational solutions. Synthesizes analyses into operational insights & practical recommendations to assess risk, financial impact & conclusions for long-term, sustainable solutions. Initiate & champion change to develop an organizational mindset that drives process improvement, ownership and accountability. Communicate and influence senior leadership to adopt transformational solutions Bring insights to senior leadership about areas of operations that may benefit from Lean process improvement. Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working groups achievement of goals, & to help foster a positive work environment Provide regular reports of projects completed and in progress along with relevant metrics demonstrating financial and operational impact. Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm. Education & Skill Requirements: Masters degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Statistics, Process Improvement or related field of study is required. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, or other statistically-based process improvement credential is req'd. Minimum of 5 years of statistically driven clinical, business or operational data analytics required. 5 years process improvement experience managing complex transformation projects, performance improvement &/or operational turnaround programs using a standardized, data-driven process improvement methodology and facilitating workgroups is required. Experience working in Human Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related industries required. Project management experience required.
