UA Little Rock is seeking applications for the position of Chancellors Chief of
Staff (R0003687). The Chief of Staff works with the Chancellor and the
Chancellors Cabinet on a wide variety of administrative duties and
institutional priorities and assists the Chancellor in following up on Cabinet level
action items. The Chief of Staff will oversee the administrative,
operational, and budgetary functions of the Of ce of the Chancellor and serve
as a liaison to a variety of internal and external constituencies. This position is
governed by state and federal laws as well as UA System and institution policy.

Required Education and Experience: Masters degree, a minimum of ve
(5) years of relevant experience in an administrative or management role and
demonstrated pro ciency in professional writing

Preferred Education and/or Experience: Working experience in an institution of
higher education and successful experience in a similar role in a changing and
complex environment.
