The Board of Education of the Greater Johnstown School District announces a vacancy for the position of School Business Administrator, responsible for the leadership, management and coordination of district finances and operations, including long-range fiscal planning, purchasing, budgeting, accounting, transportation, operations and maintenance, technology, food services, financial reporting, etc.
NYS certification in School Business Administration or School District Business Leader preferred but strong, non-certified applicants with a degree in accounting or finance will be considered for the Civil Service title of School Business Official or its equivalent. 3+ years of experience working in the field of school district finance is preferred.
