Meat Department Manager
Manage a meat department that focuses on local and sustainable products in our brand new store located on the beautiful Oregon Coast. We are a fast growing retail food cooperative that makes in-house sausages, fillets fish and cuts and grinds beef, dry ages, and more. We pride ourselves on providing an inclusive and team-oriented workplace.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have meat and seafood cutting experience
- Have leadership experience managing teams in a positive and constructive fashion
- Have dry-aging experience
- Possess proven merchandising skills
- Provide excellent customer service internally and externally
