The Building & Maintenance Manager is
responsible for all company maintenance needs. Ideal candidate
should be creative, self motivated, organized, and responsible.
Qualifications: Previous managerial experience is a bonus.
Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and
electrical systems. Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Exc. communication &
interpersonal skills. General equipment maintenance experience
Familiar with Vehicular maintenance and operation usage
Education/ Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facility Management or
similar field is preferred. A minimum of 5 yrs experience in maintenance.
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM and on call Saturdays
