Description

Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm flexible schedule. Responsible for the managing inventory in PMS, GDS, and all Entranets. Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible. Confirm reservations and cancellations. Secure valid payment. Identify any over-commitments. Perform duplicate reservation checks; block rooms. Run daily reports. Provide the appropriate billings and back up data of the Hotel's functions booked by the Banquet & Sales Departments. Ensure handling of account(s) through settlement and guest satisfaction. Must be dependable, and flexible with work schedule. Must have 10 key and keyboard proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Maestro and Delphi helpful.
