Job Description

We are searching for out new team member for Global Financial team,Senior Financial Analyst.

The Senior Financial Analyst is a highly visible position within the Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) finance team.  This critical role will report into the GSM Global Finance Manager and interact directly with the members of CRO's Leadership Team.  Candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to various GSM global functions.

Candidate will work with GSM Global functions to ensure we prioritize our spend, identifying areas of productivity and to ensure that we are investing in our highest priority areas.

More specific responsibilities include:

  • Assist with Global GSM HQ activities, such as Quarterly Performance Review Process, target setting and consolidation activities

  • Understand monthly spend results of GSM Global Functions, including explaining actual to budget/forecast performance, and identify areas of risk and opportunity

  • Ensure the predictability of results by driving standard and effective quarterly forecasts for supported areas as well as future outlooks as required by Corporate Finance

  • Ensure all monthly spend incurred is accrued in accordance with US GAAP

  • Develop annual budget and quarterly forecast for this spend ensuring that business partners have visibility into future spend and understand decisions to be made in order to stay aligned with this spend

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by our business partners focused on resource allocation, commercial expense analysis, and order and revenue performance including price realization

  • Developing and advocating for automation, simplification, and standardization of our processes

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in Accounting or Finance (some FP&A experience)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA highly desirable

  • Must have a working knowledge of MS Office

  • Proven business partner - results oriented, resourceful, service driven professional

  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning (HP), and SAP, preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Willingness to travel - Minimal travel - less than 10%

  • Ability to flex work schedule to accommodate business needs and working across multiple time zones

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment

  • Work independently with minimal supervision

  • Intellectual Processing Capability

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and communicate effectively to clearly present financial concepts to key stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrix organization

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and proactively drive issue resolution.

  • Not afraid to push back or offer dissenting opinion

Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA and/or CPA highly desirable

  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning (HP), and SAP, is preferred
