We are looking for someone with sales experience to serve our customers via phone, chat and email who can multitask in an energetic environment and desires to grow in a prosperous career. We provide extensive training and the tools to be successful in a challenging and rewarding environment. This is a full time position with responsibilities that include (but are not limited to) all aspects of customer service, sales and support (before, during and after the sale). This position involves working a combination of days, nights(until 8pm) and weekends. Starting salary is 18.68/hour. Upon successful completion of complete training program the compensation increases to $20.28/hour. Once training is complete expected salary range is in the mid 40's which includes our performance incentives. Training is anticipated to start on 9/7. We're committed to keeping our employees and community safe - and taking good care of our customers. As a result, this will be a work-from-home position (including training) until further notice. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a suitable broadband connection with consistent min download speeds of 30 MB/s, upload speeds of 1.5MB/s, and latency below 150ms as well as the ability to hardwire to your modem/router.
Eventually, this position will be onsite at Crutchfield's new, state-of-the-art contact center and campus located in Charlottesville. As a result, we'd prefer that you reside within 60 miles or so of that location, but you must reside in the Commonwealth of Virginia to be considered.
