We have an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at the Jamestown, ND Customer Service Center.
This position requires good organizational, excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service skills. Should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related computer programs. Experience in customer service, accounting, and marketing would be beneficial.
Successful applicant will provide complete, accurate, and timely customer service and marketing service to all external and internal telephone and web customers.
