Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager / Chef Manager for one of their corporate accounts Henkel located in Rocky Hill, CT. In this lead management role, you will direct and participate in all of the daily food contract operations for the Cafe and Catering services. Responsibilities will include: menu planning, food preparation, unit financials/budgets including P&L financials, HR functions, marketing, strategic planning, cash management and control, training, ensuring safety and sanitation guidelines, customer interaction and direct supervision of up to 2-3 non-union hourly associates.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years lead food management experience, solid financial acumen, strong culinary ability, computer literacy as well as excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills. Prior management experience in corporate dining would be a plus for this role.
