Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 2 to join our team and oversee 2 units with a total MV of 500K. Unit locations are less than a mile apart and the food landscape consists of 1 cafe, catering operations and a self-checkout cashless micro-market.
The General Manager 2 is the only salaried manager and will have 1 hourly culinary supervisor direct report. Duties include but not limited to:
- managing all unit financials/budget
- client relations
- menu planning
- cash handling
- safety and sanitation
The ideal candidate will have a culinary background, be an hands on manager and able to handle multiple project and shift priorities.
This position offers a predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
