Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 - Food for St Luke's Des Peres Hopsital in St. Louis, MO.

St Lukes Des Peres Hospital is located in St Louis, MO and provides primary care to emergency care, with general medical and specialty surgical services, we provide caring treatment in a 143-bed acute care facility that is just the right size to put you first and with network access to higher level services if needed.

The General Manager 3 - Food will oversee Sodexo's Food and Nutriton program on-site. Meal service is provided to patients using our host/hostess program using Health Touch diet office program and patient/customer satisfaciton is monitored through Press Ganey and Experiencia Ambassodor program. Our retail operation enhances customer satisfaciton through our 'Simply To Go' and Culinary Concepts menus.

We are looking for candidates who will:

  • has a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous management experience and the ability to work collaboratively
  • has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • can demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS), Health Touch, and Market Connections (MSC), and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience
