Sodexo's Airport Lounge Segment has an exciting opportunity for a General Manager, Aviation Lounge 3 at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport!

An oasis away from the airport hustle, our Delta Sky Clubs/Lounges have become synonymous for comfort and elegance at major airports throughout the world.

The General Manager will function as the #2 to the onsite District Manager supporting nine Sky Clubs across the airport. Based in the busiest club that serves 3,000 guests daily, the General Manager will have oversight for a large staff of hourly employees/managers who provide the food, beverage and custodial services within the clubs. As a lead operator, you will be responsible for the club(s)/lounge operations including labor cost management, scheduling, service standards, guest experience, employee relations, financial reporting, guest and client interaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within luxury brand hotel operations with a focus on elevating guest experience and satisfaction. We are seeking a leader who is driven to excel and can work with and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.

The clubs operate seven days a week and the General Manager will work a set schedule to include Tuesday/Wednesday as days off.

**Airport parking/MARTA is paid.

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
  • Fully versed in Profit and Loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operatiing a stand alone business.
