SodexoMAGIC is seeking a High Performing National Client Executive to take us to the next level of success.

SodexoMAGIC is seeking an exceptional National Client Executive to lead a major global partner in Plano, TX at Toyota's Headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful career leading teams from multiple sites, be experienced in leading diverse teams, can manage multiple priorities and enjoy a fast-moving environment. The NCE will oversee 2 main cafes, 2 satellite cafes, 3 micro markets, executive dining, and catering. This account will have both high volume and high-end catering. This position will directly manage 8 salaried managers and oversee 110 hourly employees. The NCE will have total financial accountability for the account and will serve as our primary liaison with the client.

  • Have a proven track record providing the highest levels of customer service satisfaction.
  • Have proven skills in driving innovation and creativity.
  • Have a strong P&L background.
  • Have experience managing multiple locations or business segments.
  • Can build and foster relationships across Sodexo internally to ensure additional market growth and the promotion of comprehensive solutions offerings to clients - this includes collaborating with senior leaders and Business Development to grow Sodexo's business in the assigned market.
  • Can develop exceptional client relations and ensure the facility's product offerings/solutions align with client needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to accelerate business growth throughout the region.
  • Can ensure the organization's brand reputation.
  • Can lead and motivate the management team, inspiring strategic direction; secure and deploy resources; cultivate relationships with clients and other teams within Sodexo; ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments; sustain client satisfaction and retention; and maintain strong employee relations.

Position Summary

Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
