Unit Description

Panera @ ProMedica opened November 2019 and is located inside of ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Hours of Operations are Monday through Friday, 7am - 2am, and Sat and Sun, 11am - 2am.

Position will manage up to 15 plus employees with varying shifts. Retail managed volume is 1.5 million.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Understanding for increasing retail food sales through: product placement and merchandising
  • Be customer / guest oriented to enhance the dining experience
  • Systems orientation for menus/graphics/costing/ordering and inventory/Point of Sale systems
  • Flexibility to multi-task, delegate, review and adjust employee work schedules.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, schedule and train hourly employees

Position Summary

Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. May supervise less than two full time employees.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
