Panera @ ProMedica opened November 2019 and is located inside of ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Hours of Operations are Monday through Friday, 7am - 2am, and Sat and Sun, 11am - 2am.
Position will manage up to 15 plus employees with varying shifts. Retail managed volume is 1.5 million.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Understanding for increasing retail food sales through: product placement and merchandising
- Be customer / guest oriented to enhance the dining experience
- Systems orientation for menus/graphics/costing/ordering and inventory/Point of Sale systems
- Flexibility to multi-task, delegate, review and adjust employee work schedules.
- Ability to manage, motivate, schedule and train hourly employees

- Frontline staff and development
- HACCP standards
