Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, TX. This manager will be responsible for food quality and safety and sanitation program for the King Family Commons Building. The King Family Commons building is located within the Texas Christian University campus. It houses 4 dining locations which include a burger concept, allergen free restaurant, grab and go, and Starbucks branded coffee. Culinary background is a plus!! Looking for a manager with strong knowledge of culinary production, menu designe/planning and food control/inventory. Successful candidate must have experience with engaging the staff to create an environment of service pride to our students here in the King Family Commons Building. Will need to have flexible schedule and ability to work on the weekends.
Key responsibilities of managers include:
-Staff Training and mentoring
-Inventory, Ordering, Labor, Scheduling, and cost control
-Daily Huddles, key HAACP protocol, and consistent one on one training with staff of 50+
King Family Commons manages the campus Allergy Free Dining Facility as well as on site food trucks.
