Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Director, Omnichannel for our Food Platform. Be part of a transformational experience as we meet the challenges of today's business landscape and lay the foundation for future growth. The Senior Director leads omnichannel development and channel enablement activities that impact the attainment of Business Segment sales & profitability goals, and enterprise wide food initiatives.

This is a remote-based position with the ideal candidate based anywhere in the United States.

The successful candidate will:

  • Create and manage the portfolio of consumer facing platforms, as part of a holistic and coherent omnichannel experience strategy that supports segment strategies and requirements.
  • Lead high impact strategic projects for the development of new solutions, which are created with supporting tools and resources that enable deployment and activation in applicable segments.
  • Responsible for managing direct relationships with Sodexo stakeholders and subject matter experts across multi-disciplines and geographies, as well as Marketing and Digital Agencies and other key vendors.
  • Consumer Apps Portfolio - Direct and lead the Omnichannel team in the development of digital products of strategic importance to the success of the organization in North America.
  • Digital Guest Experience Portfolio - Direct and lead the Omnichannel team in the curation of content, assets and resources to bring to market the digital product portfolio for North America
  • Emerging Tech Portfolio - Direct and leads the Omnichannel team in identifying and articulating business requirements for white space technology needs, leveraging market, competition and consumer intelligence.
  • Channel Enablement - Direct and lead the Omnichannel team in the development and management of content channels for operations and guests.
  • Work with segment leadership (marketing, business development, finance etc.), Global & Regional IS&T, Global Food Platform, Food Transformation Committee and Group Digital to ensure alignment to segment and regional strategies and effective communication of the portfolio, strategy and progress to stakeholder groups across the region.

Sodexo North America Consumer Apps Portfolio (Bite, Dynamify, SoHappy etc.). - 30%

Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in the development of digital products of strategic importance to the success of the organization in North America, including road-mapping, prioritization, development version release, and critical issue resolution - directly impacting revenue generation, guest and client satisfaction, and business development success rate.

North America Digital Guest Experience Portfolio (Digital Connections). - 15%

Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in the curation of content, assets and resources to bring to market the digital product portfolio for North America - directly impacting competitiveness for Sodexo in the region, and the organization's market positioning as a leader in innovation.

North America Emerging Tech Portfolio (Robotics, Lockers etc). - 15%

Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in identifying and articulating business requirements for white space technology needs, leveraging market, competition and consumer intelligence and directly impacting Sodexo's ability to innovate and differentiate in the market place.

Channel Enablement (Bite Menu Configuration, Retail Ranger, Catertrax, Digital Signage etc.). - 20%

Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in the development and management of content channels for operations and guests. Menu and content configuration directly drives revenue generation in new and existing business channels.

Stakeholder Management, including segment & transversal teams (Digital Solutions Team). - 20%

Works with segment leadership (marketing, business development, finance etc.), Global Food Platform, Food Transformation Committee and Group Digital to ensure alignment to segment and regional strategies and effective communication of the portfolio, strategy and progress to stakeholder groups across the region. Navigates and adheres to governance processes and bodies to facilitate and accelerate progress in the region.


Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
