Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in the development of digital products of strategic importance to the success of the organization in North America, including road-mapping, prioritization, development version release, and critical issue resolution - directly impacting revenue generation, guest and client satisfaction, and business development success rate.
North America Digital Guest Experience Portfolio (Digital Connections). - 15%
Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in the curation of content, assets and resources to bring to market the digital product portfolio for North America - directly impacting competitiveness for Sodexo in the region, and the organization's market positioning as a leader in innovation.
North America Emerging Tech Portfolio (Robotics, Lockers etc). - 15%
Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in identifying and articulating business requirements for white space technology needs, leveraging market, competition and consumer intelligence and directly impacting Sodexo's ability to innovate and differentiate in the market place.
Channel Enablement (Bite Menu Configuration, Retail Ranger, Catertrax, Digital Signage etc.). - 20%
Directs and leads the Omnichannel team in the development and management of content channels for operations and guests. Menu and content configuration directly drives revenue generation in new and existing business channels.
Stakeholder Management, including segment & transversal teams (Digital Solutions Team). - 20%
Works with segment leadership (marketing, business development, finance etc.), Global Food Platform, Food Transformation Committee and Group Digital to ensure alignment to segment and regional strategies and effective communication of the portfolio, strategy and progress to stakeholder groups across the region.
