Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 to support Retail Food Service and Patient Meal Service for DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO.

We are looking for Food Service Management candidates who can:
- implement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve customer satisfaction;
- monitor patient tray operations and daily meal rounding;
- interact with patients and the nursing staff;
- perform tray assessments, training, stocking/inventory of the floors;
- work a flexible schedule that will include opening and closing schedules including every other weekend and;
- perform some HR functions and direct supervision of up to 23 hourly employees..
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
- experience with retail and patient services
- previous experience working in a high volume, fast paced facility
- strong management skills
