Production Design Engineer

Responsibilities include review of customer design proposal feasibility, design composite products using Solidworks, create manufacturing methods, design tooling, create drawings, address manufacturing problems, work in the shop for successful product launch, work with customers to define product specs, and conduct finished product tests to determine conformance.

Manufacturing Engineer

Help introduce new products from engineering into manufacturing for assembly processes, product testing, quality and material flow. Supports and performs various manufacturing process improvements – equipment upgrades and troubleshooting support, new equipment installation, tooling design and improvements.

New Product Interface Technician

Responsibilities include working with Product Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers to develop and manufacture new products. He or she will then be transitioned to the production team to manufacture new products and to train other production personnel. A construction background, mechanical aptitude, or other hands-on experience are beneficial.

Resin Infusion Technician

Infuse resin into dry composite materials to mold parts. Responsibilities include mold preparation, cutting and layering of composite material in molds, preparation of resin mixtures, resin infusion, extraction from mold, and understanding job travelers and work instructions.

Composite Layup Technician

Responsible for layup (layering) of composite material often around a product’s core. Technician is responsible for measuring and cutting composite material using hand tools and automated equipment, layering composite material, and inserting material into molds.

Finishing Technician

Responsible for preparation of semi-finished products for painting and other processing. Technician is required to sand and fill products providing a smooth surface for machining and painting. Also required to buff clear coat and natural finished products. Painting experience is a major plus as we can incorporate this skill into your standard work.

Painter

Responsible for painting of finished products. Ensuring to meet customer finish requirements. Wet paint (polane, water base and marine applications) in down-draft paint booth

Buyer (Purchaser)

Responsible for evaluation of providers to QMS requirements, proper purchase order preparation for all departments, MRP planned material requirements, MRP Stock Status, ensure provider lead times are accurate in MRP.

Inventory Clerk

Responsible for receiving product verification, inventory control system, storage (FIFO) and issuing materials and products to jobs.
